Hi Mike. I probably wasn't clear earlier. The client's box is at a data
center at the other end of our state (Virginia). I've never had physical
access to the box, but apparently this leased box was in service before
being put into service for my client (he's been using it for many months).
I'm not sure which OS restore version the data center tech person used for
this server back then (it's a 4r), but it hasn't been restored since my
client began using it. If you suspect an issue with a particular version of
the OSRCD please let me know and I'll pass that on to the tech so he can
weigh that info. Personally I wish I had access to the box so I could do
the restore and harden the box on my private network, but since my client
doesn't own the box that's probably not possible. If you have any more
questions or info. I'll be glad to respond.
