It depends what you mean by cost-effective.
A 1-U generic box, 512 MB memory, 2 40 Gig drives, 1 Gig processor,
etc., usw, costs approximately us$1,000. Plesk 300 domain versions
costs approximately us$600. Total us$1,600 for a fairly decent system.
