Anytime is a dangerous word, Bruce.

When I was a kid (I'm 58 now) we used to tell our friends that if the
Russians realy wanted to attack us, all they had to do was do on
Saturday afternoon at noon, since that was the day and time our city
always checked it's air raid sirens to be sure they were working.

So if a hacker opens up a hole every fifteen minutes, on the
quarter-hour, we'd never notice it, eh?
