I had an interesting conversation with an ensim engineer today; it looks
doable with a 2.2 kernel. According to him, you do lose quotas, since
their system requires a 2.4 kernel. They can rewrite it, though,
according to the engineer.
I thought you have to upgrade the eprom before you can use a 2.4
kernel. Is that not true?
If that is true, contact me offlist with help on how we can get the
eprom replaced if necessary; we can't afford to lose a system now, but
we do want to test this.
Ensim will neither sell nor support it for the purpose; we're talking
with them about possibly being the reseller specializing in RaQ
installs.
