You'll need to dig up the specific command but I recall a very long time ago
having a problem with a drive that needed to be reinstalled with either NT
(NTFS) after originally being installed with Win9x. I think there was
something similar happen with that situation.
Any way check out the switch options for doing a FDisk...
I think what you'll want to try and use is "FDisk /MBR".
My recollection is that it deletes the master boot record on the drive and
this may be where your having problems. Again it's been a very long time
since I've needed to use it but at this point you have nothing to loose.

Worst case scenario, I've just going to install 4i onto one disk and use
the other drive to manually mirror/rsync/dd/etc. Does anyone has a good
script/command that I can put into cron?
