My thoughts are to do a fresh install/build from the latest ISO for a Raq4i.

It doesn't take that long and I've been through it so many times I can
almost do it in my sleep.

So back to my original question... do you or anyone know if the ISO will
install properly on a 4GB drive from a ISO?

If you build the original drive with PQ's Drivecopy (it will correctly copy
the boot kernel then you can just make the home partition small. Should
work fine.

I would use PQ magic to resize the home part on an existing cobalt
drive  to fit then use DC to dupe the drive to the 4gig. DC will size up
but not down.
