[cobalt-users] Disappearing Raqbackup users

Hi everybody,

After some ipchains config I could run successfully Raqbackup in a couple of
RaQ4, having crossed backups.
This worked fine for about 6 weeks, untill the FTP connection was denied
from sever to server.
Both users existed in their respective GUIs but not in
/home/sites/www.site.com/users.
Both were erased and reseted from the GUI and everything is fine again.
My main concern is what ever happened to the stored backups - which are
updated everyday -?
Why would this happen only to the users beng used to do the backups ?
