Since I wrote it, I've uploaded the original here:

Installing is just a matter of renaming it to .pl setting the $to = $from
and $subject lines as you wish, stick it in /etc/cron/daily/ and chmod +x
it. We don't provide support or any warranty for it. Use it at your own risk
