Easy. They are using SHARED hosting. They don't get
the luxury of telling you what services will or won't
be provided, or of demanding usernames such as 'info'
or 'john'. If they do want to dictate these terms,
they can have their own dedicated server at 100x the
cost per month.
Believe me - once they understand that, adding an
alias is no big deal.
