you want to limit the traffic to 100 x 2^30 Byte (= 800 x 2^30 Bit) per month.
Since one month has about 30(days) x 24(hours) x 60(minutes) x 60 seconds you simply have to divide 858993459200bit by 2592000seconds to get the result of (about) 330 kbit/second.
Since the traffic is probably not evenly distributed throughout the day, you might want to set it to 450 or 500 and play around a bit to see the resulting figures.
