Or, there was no contact or reply is the logical conclusion. I don't
assume something happened because something else didn't happen.

As I said, everyone that actually contributes to the list making the
occasional pitch, I have no problem with it and the list admin clearly
explained it in

I disagree. The poster asked about a package for the RaQ3.
non-commercial: There is no official free package.
commercial: I offer it and can install it for $X.
Maybe Jeff could have left that part off, but I'm sure some people might
not contact him because he quoted a price that they may find expensive
so he saved himself and them some time. If you take over the list, you
can censor the posts for such content.
