After sending this, I thought of something to clarify:

* Many networks have the same problems. Many others who offer
so-called "colo" are guilty of the same flaws. Still other
people are at facilities that suffer from the same. This is
  bad enough.

* What really burns me is when one sells something despite known
  defects.

* Add to that blatant promotion that flies in the face of the
list AUP, and I've reached my limit. List monitors need to
  follow list rules, too.

I'm picking on you primarily because of the last reason, and how
it amplifies and exacerbates the previous ones. I wish you no
ill will, and don't want to turn this into a bashing session, but
how about "keeping it real" and also playing by the same rules
that others observe and respect?

[end flame]
