Although it's not web based, you might want to look at Macromedia's new
Contribute product. They're saying that you'll be able to provide
editing capabilities on ANY WEBSITE! I downloaded the demo and was
pleasantly surprised that after setting it up, I was able to send a
simple attachment to another user and they didn't have to know how to
use FTP. Also can be integrated directly with DreamweaverMX.
