Why not take a look at postnuke http://www.postnuke.com
I use this coupled with ezcms and phpbb to create some very easily
managed sites, all done through a browser.

Subject: [cobalt-users] Content Management Software
Hi All
Has anyone tried Site Studio from psoft (www.psoft.net) on a Raq4 and is
there anything to watch out for ? Does it work well etc etc..
Failing that any other suggestions for implementing content management
of websites from a browser welcomed.
Regards
Paul.
