Based on the fact that you've set it up reverse DNS in the GUI and that
reverse DNS is not visible to the outside world (I've checked) it's safe to
conclude you haven't been delegated authority to administer reverse DNS for
your IP space. That's not that unusual. In fact, I have had very few
clients who have been delegated that authority. Generally, unless you have
at least a class C subnet delegated to you *and* you've requested that your
upstream allow you to administer reverse DNS for that IP space, your
upstream administers it for you.
