[cobalt-users] CCE daemon security update foulup on Qube3

Hi all,

On Monday morning I installed the CCE daemon security update
(Qube3-All-Security-4.0.1-15714 update) which Sun released over the weekend
on our Qube 3.

I go to the login page, type in my username and password, click on Login, a
page comes up with the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: cce_new() in
/usr/sausalito/ui/libPhp/CceClient.php on line 28

I have restarted the CCE by doing a /etc/rc.d/init.d/cced.init restart

I then did a tail -f /var/log/messages and got the following results:

Nov 26 08:33:43 server cced(smd)[21167]: client [0:21166] has admin rights
Nov 26 08:33:43 server admin: ***** cce_construct:

Nov 26 08:33:46 server admin: ***** cce_construct finished
Nov 26 08:33:47 server cced(smd)[21173]: client [0:21171] disconnected

I do have the standard backup routine running which backs up to share (on an
NAS device on the LAN) which runs daily.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions of how to help fix this bit of
back luck?

Regards,

James Nesbitt
