[cobalt-users] Manually Delete a user

We have a Raq 4 , one user account is appearing under the wrong
virtual site (Checked by logging in with web mail and checking options and
sending mail to a user)
but does not show in the site admin for that virtual site.
I need to delete this user so it can be created in the correct virtual site.

How can I delete this user name manually?
