Hi Richard

Check the meta-verify Script in your raq4 box.
[system & database verification and integrity check utility]

1. Telnet Login as admin then root 
  or
  SSH Login as root

2. write following:
  /usr/local/sbin/meta-verify -ui
  /usr/local/sbin/meta-verify -ua

The Scripts will dedect the system user which is not showing in the 
siteadmin/GUI and recreate the user into the pgsql database.

After that, you can log into the siteadmin-panel and delete the user.
