[cobalt-users] Bulk_mailer install success

After many weeks of trying I finally got bulk_mailer to work on my raq4. For
weeks the program would run but wouldn¹t send mail. The problem was that it
looked for sendmail in a place where the raq didn¹t have it. I just made an
symbolic link to where it wanted sendmail and all is well.

PS-Now if I can get rid of the bulk_mailer header I¹ll be really happy!
