[cobalt-users] /var/log/messages - odd entry

While checking my /var/log/messages, I cane across this entry:

Oct 12 03:10:24 www named[370]: bad referral (229.160.200.in-addr.arpa !<
130.229.160.200.in-addr.arpa) from [200.225.79.199].53
Oct 12 03:10:24 www last message repeated 2 times
Oct 12 03:10:37 www named[370]: unrelated additional info
'ns1.optingnow.com' type A from [65.198.164.4].53

The first 2 lines, bad referral & repeated 2 times, I see often and don't
pay to much attention to. It's the third line I have never seen before and
was wondering if anyone has seen it before and can explain what it means.

I get the impression it's just an informational message and that there is no
real action that needs to be taken, but I thought I would ask and make sure.
