Yes. Find out from your colo what kind of switch it is. The NIC in the RaQ3
sometimes "disappears" to the switch, causing the RaQ to appear to function
normally (because it is) but it's impossible to reach any service remotely.
The fix (from this list) is to set up a ping out to the gateway every 60
seconds or so. If you are behind a 1900 series switch, I'll tell you exactly
how to do it upon your reply.
