[cobalt-users] SEVERE stats problems

I have a few clients on my server whose stats are just not showing up,
no matter what I do. I do not know what Cobalt is doing behind the
scenes, so I can't really troubleshoot this issue.

The /home/sites/www.xxxx.xxxx/logs/web.log file for these sites is
empty. They do NOT show up in Access By Domain Web Reports. One of them
was just set up last week and the siteadmin page says that stats will be
generated when someone accesses their site -- well, the site URL is
scattered through my /etc/httpd/logs/access file, so I know they are
getting hits. The other one stopped generating stats in October 2001 and
has not worked properly since. 

If I cannot fix this, I am going to have to move them to another server.
This is driving me INSANE. Will someone please help?
