I had DSL from another Verizon reseller that said they had their own
facilities. ij.net. Constant outages. They would blame Verizon, Verizon
would blame them. Except when I could only get to www.ij.net and no
other sites, my guess is it was one of their routers, as usually was the
case. When they got the SQL worm in the system, that was it for me.
