Make sure well in advance that you've got DSL service you can use for
servers, and that it's reliable.  I've spent as much as us$150/month for
sDSL service (supposedly more reliable than the ADSL the telcos and
their resellers provide) and have NEVER gotten service good enough for
even a mailserver, no less a webserver.  You may be as lucky in Tampa as
you are in Tulsa, but you may not be.

Make sure everything works, and works without interruption for weeks,
BEFORE you even plan to move the box.

If you can't get the quality DSL connection you need, then perhaps
you'll want to colocate your RaQ; that shouldn't cost more than
us$150/month in Central Florida/So. Florida; it's a very competitive
market.

And I second the motion on not trying to move sites en-masse from a RaQ4
to a RaQ2.
