53C = 127.4F -- fairly warm, but nothing too serious. My personal servers get that high, especially with a load on them, but they are just sitting in a rack in my office, non-air conditioned. If your servers are running that warm and are in a climate controlled data center, you might have one or both fans out/stopped.
Does anyone have a good clue as to what would be a normal temp range - my new fans have me running 38-39C with no load, and about 43C under load. Is these good #'s?
At least I know I have airflow now, I had almost none before although both fans were actually spinning.
