Officially, 512MB is max on RaQ3 and RaQ4. However, the chipset in theory
will support 1GB, and at least a couple of list participants have run their
RaQs at 1GB with no apparent problems.

53C = 127.4F -- fairly warm, but nothing too serious. My personal servers
get that high, especially with a load on them, but they are just sitting in
a rack in my office, non-air conditioned. If your servers are running that
warm and are in a climate controlled data center, you might have one or
both fans out/stopped.
