[cobalt-users] Errors when using GUI to enable FrontPage extensions

I use a Raq4,  I am trying to enable frontpage extensions for one of
my virtual sites.  I have checked the FP box and set password in the
site settings,  but when I attempt to set FP settings for a user I
keep getting the error message "A FrontPage web could not be
configured successfully"

Would be grateful if someone could give me an idea as to where to
start looking for the cause of this problem, or even better a solution
to it
