A few people are confused. Yes, with more ram the system will adjust
swap memory usage; it's got nothing to do with the size of the swap
file. The Red Hat installation manual still says you should have a swap
file of up to twice memory size, but that's not reallly true; it's just
"safe" for systems without much memory. It's what's causing the
confusion, though.
