Subject: [cobalt-users] Spam Filtering
Hi
I am very new to cobalt raq4. In our server the
procmail somehow notfuntioning. Can anybody help me
out what free software will be the best to install for
spam filter? I want to spam inbound/outbound mails
erespective to all users. But I don't want to set
procmail under each user. If the spam filter is
through procmail, I want the installation will be
domain wise not user wise. May be this point I could
explain it properly?
-------------
There are products that will do spam filtering of
all e-mail, both in-comming and out-going. It sounds
like you should be looking for one of those products.
Procmail works fine if you have the appropriate protections
specified both for the .procmailrc file and it's owning
directory but it is best suited for handling incoming
mail for specific users.
