I do think they where talking about Squirrel Mail, but Kevin stated an issue
that seemed to mirror my problem, which of course didn't include SqM.

As for the problem, I only noticed it on one of our new hosting clients. I
haven't had a chance to see if adding another Vsite and then adding a user
will effect or recreate the problem. If I have a current Vsite running and
add a user, the problem doesn't happen??
