I did not install the SHP on my server. I have added spam assassin and
mail scanner though?

There must be something wrong with the cobalt scripts...
not restarting or reloading sendmail or inet or both.

/etc/rc.d/init.d/sendmail

Maybe one of the latest updates... the SHP thing
Might be interesting to know if people having this trouble have that
update 
installed.
