We just experienced the very same scenario on our Raq4. We set up a new
Vsite and then proceeded to set up user accounts. I first thought we had a
dns issue and went over that and then I felt maybe mail needed restarted. As
a last ditch effort, rebooted the whole box:( and it worked. What is the
cause of this?
