I also have that once in a while. I reboot and it seems to accept it. I
think it's something to do with the pop before send when you set the
site up or add a new email sometimes. Why? I have no idea but it is the
same message that I get when I send without popping from my outlook.

I had this problem on my RaQ3 several weeks ago. It turned out that
there 
was a (unspecified) problem with my host's config as opposed to with my
RaQ.
