[cobalt-users] HELP! /var full and can't login...

I have a RAQ2 that has a few of our own doamins for our company. An issue
came up when a couple of users were experiencing problems logging into their
web pages. We telnetted to the RAQ, logged in as admin and then tried to
change to SU. It wouldn't let us. We are sure that we have the password
correct. Did a liitle diggin and found out that our /var partition is
full - 100%. Ouch!
Upon further inspection I see a large file, analog.dns that is 189megs!

Question is what can I do to correct this without a total reinstall? Is
there anyway to delete this file or reduce its size? What does this file
actually do?
I read that if I can get some space on /var, then I will be able to login as
SU.

Is there anything I can do in the admin mode on a browser to reduce the size
on /var enough to login?
Any other ideas?

I am a newbie with RAQ's and unix compared to most on the list, so please be
gently on me :-)

Thanks
Dan
