I really hate this practise to break disk into
fix size partitions ( /,/usr,/var,etc).
You will always suffer with one of them full !
The solution is to leave full space for /
In your case:
Description: /var is full - so /var/log/utmp
and /var/log/wtmp cannot be updated that fails
in login procedure. It should not occur because of
these processes run as root, and filesystem (usually)
have some spare for root (depending on fs creation)
Because it occur, you have an opportunity open
server and take disk to another linux comp.
Just remove any files that you think may help you.
/var/log is definetely may be removed.
I have no idea what is analog.dns file ( and I have
enought experience with linux systems!). This indicate
that you safe to empty this file. This may effect to
fails in some very specific services, but you'll fix
immediately after finding this.
Good luck.
