there is no 32 site limit on a raq 4. We have raq 4r and 4 i servers running
over 100 sites and all have ftp capabilities.
The problem here is what was lastly mentioned. When you log into a user's
ftp site you drop into the user section of the site. If the user is the
admin for the site, change to the /web dir and you will have privs to upload
and download. Remember, however, if you use frontpage to publish the site,
all files uploaded with frontpage will have another user's name and
therefore you will not be able to remove or edit those files uploaded with
FP.
