For a user in Cute you need to put /web as the remote directory.
Same with the main site. Set up a user for that.
Also, if you click on Edit in CuteFTP and check the box to "Enable
Filter" and edit that so the remote filter is -rtaf you will see any
hidden files like .htaccess, etc.
