Since you say it is /home/sites/home then that is the site that would
normally have the greyed out delete icon. (can't delete)

Most of the repair scripts will not touch the main server site.
But there must be some issue with the data base.

It may require rebuilding the database to fix it. Although I guess it is not
an emergency, as in most cases we don't do anything with the server site.

I had the same problem a year ago or so. Everything I tried to no avail. Last resort, was indeed, to rebuild the database. I can't/couldn't believe how it worked like a charm!

That server still runs with no rebuilds and still well-behaved.

However, I would always advise postgresql database rebuild on a Cobalt as a LAST RESORT!!!
