Your mailing list sends out the email as owner-support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
 Please note that I am not talking about the From: header here.  Could you
set a Reply-to when your list sends out the mail?  If I am not mistaken,
there is a difference in how Outlook and Outlook Express handles replies.
