I had a RAQ4 unit witch had the same problem twice. A power off/on (remote bootswitch) worked for me. My guess was that the fan had a bad start. The temperature went to 49 deg. celsius for 3 days. Immidiatly after the reboot the temp dropped It's worth a try.
