[cobalt-users] RAQ4R - Apache Patch & Web Server Not Responding

I have fallen into the same trap and would like to uninstall the patch.  I
tried the following per the advice on this post and the uninstall did not
work:

[root uninstallers]# pwd
/var/lib/cobalt/uninstallers
[root uninstallers]# ./RaQ4-All-Security-2.0.1-15417-2.0.1-15417.uninst
(offline mode: enter name=value pairs on standard input)

Can anyone tell me what the offline mode is and what it is asking me to do?

Any help is much appreciated.
