I doubt that it's the motherboard.
Note that your timezone is GMT+1200, and your hw clock is exactly
12 hours behind. It's more than a coincidence -- it's fun with
timezones. You're running your hw clock off GMT and your sw
clock off local time, thus leaving hw exactly 12 hours behind.
I'm a bit ignorant on how to correct this... although I'm on US
Central time, I prefer running GMT (and ignoring DST) on our
servers, anyway. Thus I'm "cheating" in this respect, and would
need to search and dink around to tell you how to fix this. :-)
