on our RaQ4 /var/spool/mqueue is a symbolic link to /home/spool/mqueue. If that is the case in your box as well, you would have to create the directory on /home and link it to /var/spool/mqueue.in to have them on the same partition.

when I do that, I get a file with text (html) ...
