I thought that I seen a message that said the upgrade on camelbackup.com
did not support frontpage, could be wrong though

Are you sure you shutdown httpd
/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd stop
your original httpd was saved /usr/sbin/httpd.bassi.orig
cp /usr/sbin/httpd.bassi.orig /usr/sbin
That should restore your old httpd
Then of course do the stop start thing
