[cobalt-users] Apache Upgrade to 1.3.26 - ERROR?

The script on http://www.camelbackup.com/raq3-apache-1.3.26.html
at vars export for Apache final config say:

export SSL_BASE="/tmp/bassiupgrade/openssl"

but the Steve Bassi original script from previous upgrade (1.3.23)
say:

export SSL_BASE="/usr/local/ssl"

I think the last are the correct because this line more up on script:

./config --prefix=/usr --openssldir=/usr/local/ssl

But, someone can confirm this?
