No the script on the camelbackup link is correct.
It was revised as some people, still have /usr/local in their root directory
and the script could fill the root directory and cause the RAQ to not
function.
I note you posted a make file error as well, and I would think that this is
one of the problems. Apache could not find openssl.
I suggest if you wish to upgrade to 1.3.26 you follow the script exactly.
One final point .. you do have a RAQ3 I hope, as RAQ4's are different and
this script will not work on a RAQ4
