After digging around my old notes for the sever and seeing a similar post 
(FTP related) I jumped into /etc/logrotate.d and there was the apache entry 
but there at the bottom of the file listing was a "zapache" entry which was 
renamed way back to allow to correct rotation of the webalizer stats. I've 
now removed the apache entry and we'll see what cron.daily comes back with 
tomorrow morning. Hopefully this'll resolve the duplicate log entry and get 
logrotation going along with webalizer.

If anyone knows any different I'm open to other suggestions :)
