After digging around my old notes for the sever and seeing a similar post
(FTP related) I jumped into /etc/logrotate.d and there was the apache entry
but there at the bottom of the file listing was a "zapache" entry which was
renamed way back to allow to correct rotation of the webalizer stats. I've
now removed the apache entry and touch wood this morning quickly ran a top
and seen logrotate running and the cron.daily log report will be through in
about an hour - so looks like problem was the apache and zapache files.
