Well, I have a RaQ4r and it works fine. Gerald, Matt and I were trying to
figure out why the permissions changed on one of my files, /usr/sbin/suexec.
Essentially read permission was added to it for both group and owner
(rwxr-xr-x) after a FP site was added. We determined through testing with my
2 RaQs and Matt's that this is either normal or we are all screwed up... :)
But I have added a vsite with FP to my system since the update.

A wild guess, but perhaps that is part of the problem?
