Try deleting the actual extension for that domain in
/usr/local/frontpage/domain.tld.

Seemed to work for me I recall.

I removed the entire site, from the control panel,  that is causing problems
and I get an error that it cannot remove the frontpage extensions. However,
the entire site is removed. where would one look to remove anything left.
